im looking at getting an asus laptop soon.
currently tossing up between the asus W3V and W3A. the only differences i can see between the two models are hd size and onboard graphics.
is there anything else which is different? i am leaning towards getting the W3A as i usually play games on my desktop. is there anything else the W3V has which the W3A doesnt?
and lastly, am correct in saying that the W3V and the W3A look identical in appearance?

If you're looking in the US by any chance, the W3a will be the Z63a...... which means it would be configurable.
The only difference between the two internationall will be what you see... In the US, you can change the configuration of the W3a (z63a) and the only differences is that the unit won't have dedicated graphics, bluetooth or an Asus warranty. Again, if you're international, that model probably has bluetooth and obviously's Asus' warranty. -
im from australia
. here the two models are sold separately

Correct...... then the information I gave you should be enough to make up your mind. The only difference you'll notice that wouldn't be part of a spec sheet would be the carbon fiber lid instead of the brushed aluminum lid...
