trying to save battery life, i dont use any BT device, and i'm too lazy to hit that button to turn off BT everytime i startup the notebook. checked bios but didn't see anything related to BT, is there any way to disable BlueTooth permantely?

some blue tooth devices show up in network properties and just disable it like a you would a network connection.

Uninstall the driver?

i always thought the default was to start windows up with it disabled.

You can disable it via msconfig. Go to Start -> Run -> "msconfig" -> startup tab -> then find bluetooth and disable it by unchecking the box.
Settings will not take to effect until you reboot your computer. If you do it this way you shouldn't have a bluetooth icon showing up in your task tray. -
you also could disable it in device manager. hit windows key+pause > hardware > device manager, find bluetooth (i would guess under networking devices) and right click > disable.
disable bluetooth on w3j?
