    Hi everybody,

does anyone know if I can disable the sound over hdmi on my c90s. I have it connected to my t.v. now and am using an optical cable into the amp to carry sound.

My tv wont seem to let me config speaker options per input which is a real annoyance so the only way at the moment is to manually turn the t.v. down.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Cheers

    Sam

Check the sound manager (Realtek ?) program of your laptop. There should be an option to disabling the sound output over HDMI.

If that does not work, try uninstalling the sound driver for HDMI. I have never tried this method but it should work... If you try this, let us know the outcome so that we can learn one more thing :)
