    disabling the Camera - how???

    using the U3s,
    how do i disable the camera (for power saving)?

    The U3S is pretty good about turning off power to things not being used. You can always disable the camera in the device manager, but I doubt it'll save you any significant amount of power, if any at all.

    looks like the battery life of the U3s is really bad - whats the cure?

    Get another battery. I'm getting 3 hours of use while using wireless. Up to another 30-60 minutes if I turn off wirelss and be extremely conservative.

    If you really want great battery life, get a Thinkpad X61 ;)
