if u had 9300m gs with 256mb and playing gta iv,,,,another 9300m gs with 512mb playing gta iv with same settings and resolution as the first one and of course its dedicated memory not shared
will u get same,more or less fps compared to 256mb memory?

Yes and no. The performance of a graphics card is based not only on the amount of vram it has, but also the type of vram (GDDR2 vs GDDR3), clock frequencies, bandwidth etc.
Typically, if you compare the same video cards but only with different vram capacities, the larger capacity one would perform slightly better and is most noticeable when you're playing games in higher resolutions. -
No since the 9300M GS isn't powerful enough to utilize 512mb of VRAM.

Anything above 256mb of VRAM would require a 256-bit bus width to utilize. These are present in higher-end video cards only. 9300 is a lower end budget card and therefore has a scaled-down bus width.
