    so far ive tried Milestonepc.com, excaliberpc, newegg and gentech, but whenever it comes to billing... they dont accept for my country. So im am super pissed, anyone know where i can get it?

    Best to email them and ask, unfortunately, foreign CC's in North America are not generally accepted due to security issues.
