Even if it has it (which you would need to check Asus main spec sheet at their website to see if TM is a potential component option) - it has to be enabled in the BIOS code by Asus and is not a user toggle option. TM is not generally an aftermarket installation option that will just work if you drop in the module, as someone around here recently tried to do with either an M50 or M70.

I don't think that it does (at least not stock). I've been using Vista's Ready Boost feature and while I can't confirm that it's really speeding things up, my machine is definitely not slow at all. I'll even see my USB Drive light up when Vista uses it.

I was totally freaking out why 30% or more of my memory was in use all of the time. But finding out that Vista frees up all of that memory for when applications start eased my mind. I hoooked up the Ready Boost just because I can. :)

I did not see a slot for it when I took the bottom panels off search for "g50v exposed" and you will find the pictures.

Also as ClearSkies said no bios options or anything or part of the official specs so I say the answer is no its not there.

As I've noted before in other posts, "optional" means that Asus corporate units can choose to order their imports for local distribution with that installed; it doesn't mean that it is a workable aftermarket addition. Whether it works depends on the BIOS coding supporting it, and as another forum member recently tried with the M50 (also an optional aftermarket install, following Justin's guide I believe) it didn't contain that coding..... Whether it works in the G50, I would suggest to ask XoticPC to confirm that before you purchase.

If you have the source of this memory, please share. Without knowing about form factor, you question does not have any sense for me. does it look like SSD or may be it looks like pen drive?
