    hi, could someone please clarify what grpahics driver i have in catalyst control center it says 8.683, are those the 10.1 asus drivers???

    see where its highlighted? thats what drivers you have. I have 10.8. Look under info in CCC.

    lol mine doesnt have that, straight under driver packaging version it says provider????? the catalyst version is missing??

    you probably have stock then. go to device manager (right click on my computer, manage), go to display adapters. If its stock, it should say 5870. If it says 5800 series, you need to reinstall cause u didn't install right.
    edit - it should say 5800 series though if you installed it correctly.

    it says 5870, does that mean i have 9.12 drivers?

    In the device manager you could also have a look at the driver date.
    For 9.12 the release date should be something like december 2009.
