I have been trying to get my windows experience with my eee up to the 2.8 vista experience that everyone seems to be getting. My laptop says it only has an experience of 1! Also it won't allow me to turn Aero on and this is really pissing me off. I think I d/led all of the drivers I need from the site except the bios updates, but I don't think I need those in order to get aero up do I? Please help me with this!

Its most probably your graphics chipset driver. Thats the only one that should limit your aero and score.

Get it from the intel site. Also I hope you have 2gb of ram, or Vista is not going to be very fast.

Also.. does the Super Hybrid engine work in vista? It does not work for me. I push the button and it changes from high to super to low but the actually laptop does not overclock or underclock.....

I think it does, but remember you wont see a change unless the demand is there.

So run something like superpi or wprime to max out the cpu and you should see the cpu then jump to the higher speeds (monitor with a program like cpu-z)
