The latest available version of ExpressCache is 1.3.110. In this version vendor changes company name from Diskeeper Corporation to Condusiv Technologies. Vendor tries to change all directory path to new company name. But some places are still points to old paths. I found several points and my installation become workable only after fixing all of them.
    1. ExpressCache search its license file at C:\Program Files\Diskeeper Corporation\ExpressCache\EC.lmf. But installer places it at C:\Program Files\Condusiv Technologies\ExpressCache\EC.LMF. Just create path and copy ec.lmf to new path to make eccmd.ex workable.
    2. Logs are placed into C:\ProgramData\Diskeeper Corporation\ExpressCache. Create this directory and restart ExpressCache service. If this patch doesn't exits, ExpressCache seems to be working, but does nothing, showing cache usage as zero on eccmd -info.
Don't forget to restart ExpressCache system service or reboot computer to make EC workable.

    Hope it helps you.
