When i start up windows (vista) it always freeze like 20 sec after the start... i really don't know why....

I tried to boot in safe mode and it freeze while loading... (the black screen with things that windows load)

Did you try disabling the startup processes that you don't need. I've gotten mine down to a very acceptable level and it doesn't slow down much during startup.

the problem is that i didn't install something ... I used it on the afternoon and when i came back on the night it started to do that...

    i use Antivir...

I tried use a linux live cd and it failed to start to... but it is a old version of linspire so maybe it is not the computer. (it said it couldn't write on the hd)

The only thing i could see is that i uninstalled Flight sim... but i don't see how it could affect the laptop this way...
