Hi, i wanted to update my video driver. i uninstalled then tried to install a current one. when i did that i got a fatal error that said "you are running a 32 bit version of Nvidia uninstaller on a 64 bit system. then i close it and nothing installs.

im using the driver first on the list from this site
    http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/drivers/vista64

what o you think could be the problem?

Try using a different driver and see what you get. Are you rebooting after uninstalling your current driver and using a driver sweeper or cleaner application, then reinstalling?
