ive had my g50vt-x5 for a while and i just started getting some weird battery issues. I turned it on one morning to find it totally dead even though it was fully charged and off the night before and now its taking me a few hours for a full charge. Can anyone with the same notebook let me know how long it usually takes them for a full charge? Additionally, would running RMclock at a lower than stock voltage change charging speed?

I've had a similar issue as you've mentioned, but my G50 hadn't turned ON for about 5 days. That's when I figured it was 0% and it didn't charge for quite some time and then I just saw that it was charging. Fortunately, the battery did charge, but I am not sure of the time.

Weird, sounds like some device hadn't been turned off and was eating battery power -- were you using hibernation perhaps?

RMClock should definitely not change charging speed, but a full charge of a depleted battery can easily take a few hours.
