hi, i somehow dont getm uch fps at crysis.. i play it with 2.8ghz & overclocked 9800gs (570-800-1465) and:

    dx9
    1280x960
    this config: http://www.xps-wiki.com//wiki/Crysis

i read ppl get with standart config ,same res + everything on high around 30fps.. with dx10.. so why are mine so low?!

If you believe you should be getting more performance (which I cannot tell from your FPS numbers since I am not familiar with Crysis or what the 9800 should get):

Make sure your GPU and CPU are running at the right clocks when under load. Use GPU-Z or RivaTuner to check GPU clocks, CPU-Z to check CPU clocks. Some bugs or improperly set power profiles can cause the clocks to be capped at lower speeds.

    Run #1- DX9 1280x720 AA=No AA, 64 bit test, Quality: High ~~ Overall Average FPS: 23.14

That's my benchmark for the closest settings to yours I have. I'm not sure how anyone's getting avg 30fps out of the GS on High, even in DX9.
