    Hi,

I had updated my asus g50xt-x5 to windows 7 about a month ago and since then I have had some graphic issues. When I play games the screen flickers on and off for a few seconds up to a minute at a time. I have the latest drivers from Nvidia. Has this happened to anyone else and if so are there any resolutions?

    Thanks

my 3rd party power supply started doing this once I went from vista to win7. Also started clicking. The original says ac adapter does not cause the problem. Nor does running on the battery.

    Cheers,

Sorry to bring back this thread, but you mean that your AC Adapter is clicking? What did you do to resolve this problem?

Had to go buy an additional ASUS AC Adapter. My third party adapter started clicking and the screen dimming and brightening in time with the clicking. Started happening after upgrading to Windows 7. The other Adapter worked fine prior to that.

    Cheers,
