So I'm laying down wit my laptop and i tilt it a little so I can reposition myself on the couch and I hear a loud rattle coming from the right side of the palm rest, as if a screw is inside the hardrive spining around...Any idea of what can cause this?

Better hope it's not the harddrive, because if it is, I think it's close to dying. If it's the HDD back up your data ASAP!
It's more likely however that you are hearing a fan that does not take tilting too well (I don't know the technical reasons behind it, something to do with ball bearings wearing out I'm sure -- but some fans are like this, my M6 fan also does this although not to such a large extent). It is of course also possible that you have some loose things in there such as a screw. Is the fan in that region of the notebook? -
Your dog's favorite bone, when thrown with sufficient velocity and proper angle of attack, striking the laptop, might have something to do with this.

LMAO the bone was small barely .5 pounds lol. Its def the hardrive or cpu its coming from that area. The fan does make noise when tilting the comp but the noise is recognizable as the fan lol if that makes sense plus the fans all the was under the tab and caps lock keys..
The noise comes and goes also. I think I'm going to take off the panel and check things out maybe something came loose...
