tried searching the forum but too many results to go looking through, so has anyone have a sure fine way to remove those labels that are on the palm rest area? I have a m70sa-x2 which has that smooth finish so i want to be careful of scratching it while removing the labels.
sorry i found my answers further up the forum chain

Are you talking about the stickers? If so, are they the big stickers that tell your computer's specs, or are they the Windows or Intel's stickers? If they're the big stickers, you can just use your fingernails. Try a fingernail before trying anything else for the small ones.

Use scotch tape to remove the residue.

Peel the sticker normally then get a piece of scotch tape. stick and unstick the tape to the surface. as you do this the residue will stick to the tape.

    Rinse - lather - repeat
