    Hello,
After returning my ux32vd from sleep(or booting up) with headphones plugged in, windows wont recognize the headphones but audio will play from both speakers and headphones. Plugging them out gives no alert but when plugging them back in again windows tells me something is connected and proceeds to mute the speakers.

With realtek drivers uninstalled, I can see headphones in the audio options and set them to default as well as disable speakers. What happens then when returning from sleep is that I get an error message about a sound card problem when trying to play in spotify(if I have speakers disabled that is).
With realtek drivers installed, however, only speakers will be displayed in audio options and I cant disable speakers.

I have never had this happen with a laptop before, usually the audio will still be played through headphones when returning from sleep without a problem. Is there a fix to this? Ive tried reinstalling the drivers with the latest from asus website.

Otherwise I might just go with uninstalled realtek drivers and speakers disabled so I can get a warning sort of and can replug the headphones before accidentally playing audio for everyone around me. But Id still much rather use the realtek drivers what with the fn-key audio volume controls requiring it and all.
The most annoying thing about this is that with in-ear headphones I usually dont notice the audio coming from both speakers and headphones so on more than one occasion I have had audio playing for everyone around me for long periods of time without even noticing. Thats why I ask you for help with this otherwise silly problem.

Note that my computer has a combojack, so no separate audio in/audio out jacks.

TLDR: headphones not recognized after returning from sleep mode or bootup
