    wow i am pretty screwed. so i opened winflash and flashed the bios to update to the new 209 and everything was 100 percent and it told me to click exit. i did and when i rebooted the screen says 'missing operating system'... i tried rebooting with the recovery cd's but nothing happened.. also tried going into f12 but inside it was blank. please help, what do i do.

    i tried calling asus' 24hr hotline, but they are closed for thanksgiving. btw happy turkey day all.

    please get back to me quick!!

    For future reference if anyone stumbles upon this thread via search, the problem was solved by re-enabling RAID in the BIOS (the new BIOS had reverted to the default setting for RAID, which is disabled).
