Power4 Gear doesn't work any more on my Pc and when I start my Pc the following message appear:

    C:\Program File\ASUS\Power4 Gear\CFG1.BLC
    Open Power policy file error!
    Load defoult setting error!

I tried to uninstall it using Add or Remove from Control Panel but I got the following message:

Unable to locate the installation log file 'C:\Program File\ASUS\Power4 Gear\Uninst.isu'
    Uninstallation will not continue.

I tried also to reinstall it but I got this other message:

Setup Program detects a previous version of Power4 Gear on this Pc, Please uninstall it and try again.
    Setup Program will exit now.

I don't know how to solve it so any help would be appreciated.

    Hello,
Try to use the Windows installer cleanup utility to remove the Power4Gear. In the past I had some problems where some programs will not uninstall properly this utility helped me every time.
    Here is the link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

    Thank you Turbogear,

I've just tried using Windows Installer Cleanup Utility as you said, but unfortunately Power4 Gear doesn't appear in the Windows Installer Cleanup dialog box as any of the other Asus programs.

I assume you checked the whole list.
In the list it is called ASUS Power4Gear and it along with other ASUS program appears for me at the very beginning of the list.
