    hi im so sick of my touchpad i thought my batteries were dead but i dont know whats wrong i cant get bluetooth to detect my v270 i have a w3j can i please have some help? i know a lot of people have this mouse for w3j

    Have you used the Bluetooth Icon in the notification area ? (The small icons in the left of the taskbar). Then click at the "Add new device", the rest is pretty easy. (I think you also have to press the connect/detect/reset button of the mouse at this time)

    ive tried that it says unable to detect remote device

    just the logitech setpoint stuff but i heard that doesnt work with toshiba stack...

    hmm it didnt work, the hid bluetooth thing didnt show up in hid

    I actually had the same problem when i first got the mouse but it turned out that I just had to press the reset button on the mouse while trying to find the device in BT manager. The light flashed green and then it hooked up no problem. If this doesn't work for you make sure the mouse actually works on another computer (and also that your BT works on your computer)
