    hi I just got this asus a few days ago.

    I was testing settings, and changed it to TURBO mode... then all of the sudden I see a blue screen, then it shuts off.

    Now it doenst work completley when I just restarted my computer.
    it wont even let me get into safe mode...

    Try reset your BIOS and see if that helps. There should be a button in a small pin-sized hole underneath the notebook which can be pressed with a paperclip.

    thanks, that helps.

    Is there something I need to install before changing the ' performance' settings to TURBO / TURBO EXTREME?

    Everytime I change that from NORMAL settings, it goes wack.

    Try updating your BIOS if you don't have the newest version; then reinstall Direct Console.
