    Sup guys,

I'm using an A8jm, and whenever I load iTunes, it takes about 10 seconds between the time I start the first song to when I can actually start interacting with the UI. iTunes runs fine after that. It's not a huge problem, but I was just wondering if anyone here is experiencing this.

I used to have Itunes on my computer a while ago, it didn't take 10 secs to load.

I can think of one reason, you may have too many songs in itunes? Like thousands of them, thus your hard drive has to rev up to high speeds and then load the program and all the songs, then rev back down.

Other than that, you may want to check your Power4Gear setting to increase the speed, also do a Memtest and HDtune to see if your components are up to par with others.

    I hope this helps.
