I never bought from ibuypower, probably never will. Check their ratings at resellerratings.com. Cheap price but horrendous service and their products, based on what I've read in different forums, is a 50-50 gamble if its working or not, specially with their tech service. Just read the customer feedback, its scary.

Powernotebooks.com, 100 rating on resellerratings.com and has the best customer service out there. You never have to worry about your laptop getting delivered there in one working piece if you buy from them.

Powernotebooks.com is the way to go

    just my 0.02

if u want cheaper price then powernotebooks but stilll a good reseller, i think gentechpc is good choice (I'm saying this without any personal experience at all though, but just from reading the forums and other site)

The reseller ratings for ibuypower is not very good. there's been no shortage of complaints on their services. Powernotebooks is pretty much the complete opposite.

Also note that pwernotebooks is offering a 3 year warranty as opposed to a one year one form the other guy, basically negating the price differential.

Its a no brainer, go with powernotebooks.

I got my first laptop from ibuypower.com. First time, my Cpu wasnt seated correctly and it didnt start. Second time it came back, no thermal compound. Third time, Crappy memory. And finally it came back fine... for 2 days. Followed by straight BSODs. Finally returned it and currently shopping for a new laptop.

As stated above, PN is the obvious choice, as well, Donald from PowerNotebooks frequents these forums providing help and information.

GenTech PC = Really good tech support and Ken is on the other notebook forum website. Based in CA and also has one of the lowest prices for this notebook.

Powernotebooks = AMAZING service, good support on forums, best warranty around, but has a high price.
