    ok so since z70va's are impossible to find and a i have a month or so till i buy a new laptop ive decided what im looking for

    yonah x30 1.83 dual chip
    1 gb of ddr
    ati radeon x1600
    15.4 WSXGA+
    80 gig 5400 rpm hd
    slot loading 8X DVD/16x10x24 CD-RW Combo Drive.
    Intel/Pro Wireless 2915 802.11(a+b+g) LAN Card.
    and the carbon fiber case

    so yea asus go make this comp so i can buy it :)

    within this month u can get an ACer 8200 it has evrything u want except for a slot load drive (i tihnk).

    BUT these are just rumours about it coming out in the middle of Jan.
    And this only applies to Europe (Netherlands) at ~2300 Euros.

    Anyways just wait 2 months and we shall see about 15 Yonah laptops out on the market total from all brands and thne u can pick what u want :D

    Well the first round of Yonah based models that have dedicated gaphics are going to be nvidia based...... ATI models coming in the later months... towards spring and summer.

    Right now there are NO ATI models on the horizon and even the next V6 is slated to have an nvidia card. Asus goes back and forth and I think this year they may do more nvidia based models than ATI as they seem to flip-flop with each year.

    yes i saw that acer and drooled, also jason nvidia is all i use in my desktops so i wouldnt mind a similar nvidia card in my laptop maybe the 7800gtx or something high end lol
