    increase my wei scores

    i have an n55sf and my current wei scores are-
    7.5, 7.6, 5.9, 6.9, 5.9
    The graphics score other than the gaming one is just 5.9
    I have seen other laptops with similar specs goin' upto 6.9
    Now how do i increase my desktop graphics score to 6.9??

    WEI scores mean nothing lol. As long as your laptop is doing what you want it to, you shouldn't worry about it.

    Aside from that you could try turning off Aero if you have Win7, and some of their corny options they have for windows display. That should help your score a bit I think.

    Go check out futuremark benchmarks. That is a better guage of your total system performance and allows you to compare with other similar systems.

    If you want you can actually change all scores manually so they look like your computer's WEI is perfect :p

    in some n55sf models its 6.9 but mine's only 5.9 why so??

    It's because WEI is a useless benchmark that uses a closed scheme to rate hardware in such a way that MS *thinks* is useful to the consumer. In reality it is inaccurate, imprecise, and sometimes contradictory.

    Forget it.

    Close your eyes and tap your heals 3 times while chanting "There is no benchmark like WEI, There is no benchmark like WEI"

    After you do that the WEI genie will come and grant you one wish and let you increase the score to what you want.
