    How annoying is the flexible casing and the squeaking of the palm rest??

    Let me put this into perspective for you. I have the UL30 which is supposed to have much better build quality compared to the UL80, but the squeaks and bending of my laptop is actually starting to drive me crazy, so I can only imagine what the UL80 owner's are going through.

    If you want great build quality, Thinkpads are Macbooks are the way to go.
