This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I've searched this forum for reviews on the k52 series, and I can't find any for the life of me. I'm in search of a laptop for college, and my first choice right now is the k52JC-X2. I love the chiclet keyboards on Asus laptops, and this seems to fit most of my criteria.

    I have a few questions which I can't seem to answer:

    -is the keyboard backlit?
    -does it come with the nVidia Optimus software?
    -how is the build quality?

    And if anyone has used it, how do you like it? Thanks.
