    hey guys

    i just got my g50vt to day and i ran some benchmarks

    ill be posting the pictures so u guys can see if its good enough

    Temps look good to me, but you may want to recheck your CPU temps. 25C seems a little too low. Try use EVEREST to confirm the temps.

    is the cpu utilization supposed to be like that??

    one is at 100% and the other is at 0%

    Do the GTS flash and put the Dox 185.85 on that baby for a crazy gaming performance boost!

    EDIT: about the CPU utilization, some programs don't use both cores.

    but i checked with some other apps and i think that everything is working fine...

    ill be posting some benchmarks of UT3 in a moment too

    hey hidavi is the 186.03 from nvidia driver better or no?

    ok here it was the temps of my lappy playing UT3 for an hour

    settings were maxed but no AA... it was using both cores at 95%

    yeah my temps are really low( i guess that would be good)

    here another temps from today using skype and internet... the max temp its high because i was playing universe at war maxed out for an hour

    some thing is wrong. take a screenshot of the task manager. i think one of your cores is being used 100%.

    can you do it with hwmoniter refreshed on both. if you look at the screen shot you posted before. your cpu utilization on one is 100%. and then you saw the difference in temps with both

    i am also confused on why one cpu is hotter then the other. i would pull it apart and see if your thermal paste is affected. but i know you just purchased it and maybe wouldn't do that.

    unless one of your sensors temps went. but it's rare and i have only seen it on one cpu.
    i would like to start benchmarking but the cpu like that will affect it.

    no to worry though it's maybe something small that i'm not thinking about.

    oh ok i was getting concerned about it....

    yeah i was benchmarking yesterday and the results were fine(i guess)

    with the turbo extreme i got around 8850 points

    i ran around 3 times(each one of the three configs) to make sure about it

    Yes your temps are looking pretty good in factcould probably flash them without much of a problem... but ym question is why did you buy G50vt when you have a sager 9262?

    i want to see if the temps are effecting your performance.
    download superpi and set the affinty in the process to each core and run them. they should be very very close.

    just called asus support and the guy said that the temperatures were normal even with this difference... i dont think he knew what he was talking about but one thing that he said that at least made some sense " if ur computer is running fine u dont have to worry about it"

    well i guess ill keep playing some more games to see what happens
