    Hi, so i just got a M50VN Asus for around 850EU (new one, wonder if it was a deal).
    it has a 9650GT , so i guess it IS a gaming laptop. do you know of any software that helps tweak this card and can you point out for me some guides?

    You should try either RivaTuner or nTools.

    Look at my G51 guide in the sig and the GPU overclocking part of the guide should be basically the same except for different numbers
