    Hi,

I installed Vista x64 on my laptop and used the driver CD that came with it. I have an intermittent problem with the fingerprint reader. Sometimes, after waking the laptop from "sleep" I would loose the fingerprint functionality and have to log on manually. The only way to get the functionality back is by rebooting. Has anyone encountered this problem? Does anyone have a fix?

    Thanks.

Tried the update. My computer already has it.

One thing I noticed also is whenever the problem occurs the device manager loses the item called "personal identification devices". No mater what I do I can only get it back by rebooting.

    Any other suggestions?
