Hi all, I wonder what do you think about the new asus models and their simple look. I had an G1S (RIP) and I really liked the easy access buttons and lights, actually it was a perfect notebook.
Anyway now I want to buy a new Asus but most of the models seem to be simple, only with the power button and that's it (leaving out the extreme models). Some Toshiba models look really cool. but I only trust Asus.

Do you miss these buttons or it's just me?

ASUS seems to have killed off the access buttons on almost all of the machines. The N series like the N73 and N53 have media buttons though.

They should bring back volume buttons, the rest i don't really care for. You can't really use one hand to fn+f10/11 the volume on a G73...
