This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Can you describe more about this issue?
    Can you check device manager to verify if the Biometric device is present?

    YES IN THE DEVICE MANAGER, IT IS SHOWING THAT I INSTALLED (AuthenTec Inc.AES1610) BUT IS WORKING , PLS DO I NEED TO INSTALL ANY OTHER SOFT TO MAKE THIS WORK?
