Hi, my laptop has multiple problems:
1- after installing windows I find out that when I click log out or switch user in start menu, the screen go black and nothing show I also updated the Geforce VGA driver to latest, after doing the update, the select user screen show but very late and when I select appropriate user(in this state the external mouse is hanged up and only the touch pad work correctly) and click log in the screen go black again and I should restart the system.
2- after I installed all software needed, the touch pad's three finger feature not work now. also I go to reinstall the driver but can't because the uninstall process give error that can't find the path to smart gesture(I don't moved any file of driver) the driver installed in program files(X86) but uninstaller search the program files for it and don't find it also when give this error, the laptop hang up and need to restart.
3- the LAN port of laptop don't work with every cable and don't detect some cables, I think the port have problem because the same cable works with other laptops.

    Hi rezaf,

Your first problem sounds like there is an issue with the registry. Sometimes installing updates and other software causes this. Do you have a restore point you can try rolling back to?

As for the Asus software, you can try deleting the SmartGestures folder manually. Since the uninstaller can't detect it, I would say try running the installer first, and if it won't reinstall, then manually delete the folder, reboot, and try installing it again.

Sounds like a faulty port. There isn't much you can do for this other than send it to Asus for servicing.
