ok hadnt done anything to it and a few days ago it was running perfect...

now the last couple of days the wireless is saying that it cannot communicate with the server? but im still connected to the internet? i tried uninstalling my wireless drivers and reinstalling them and it didnt help any

then my sound was orignally not working for windows media player... which was saying that my sound driver may not be updated... so i tried to update and it said it was the latest edition and device manager says its running fine... so i uninstalled my driver and reinstalled the newest ones and now i have no sound at all

    whats next...

o and i got a BSOD randomly... and its not telling me what the problem is...

    grrrr

Where are you getting your drivers from (the Asus website)?

Were you running on battery power, or in overclocked mode during your BSOD?

Where did you buy your system from? Did the memory come with the system or did you buy it separately?

Did you install AIM 6.5? the internet saying its not connected and the sound problem seems to be directly AIM 6.5 related. It's bad, i recommend you uninstall it and do a system restore before you installed it.

I also installed 6.5 and had my computer screwed up but i fixed it with system restore point before i upgraded it. I don't know too much about fixing it another way but there seems to be alot of people with the same problem so perhaps you can find a solution. As for the sound it was easy to fix, just go to control panel -> hardware and sound -> sound. The computer should say driver enhancements are creating a problem for the sound and you should disable the enhancement.
