    my n61jq dosnt start after bios update ? ?

    what should i do ?

    i successfuly updated the bios version to version 210 and then i restart my laptop 3 times but becaouse of asus express gate i dont really know that it was restarted or not !! then i uninstal the asus fast boot and also instal the asus fancy start and then restart my win 7 but after that the system dosnt start the fan and the system starts but the lcd is off and it dosnt respond to any keys.. just when press start button for 15 second it shuts down.
    please help me ? what should i do ? :confused:

    Sorry to hear that, If you can back into the BIOS, (F2 after power on) reset defaults - there should be an option to do this globally.
    If this is done try to boot to safe mode, - power on press F8 ...
    If none of this works, remove the battery and AC power supply, press and hold the power on switch for 15 seconds. Plug in and try to boot to windows. Let us know if this helps

    EDIT - Forget it - please don't double post the same question twice :)

    What exactly do you mean by "failed?"

    If the system doesn't respond and is bricked, as can happen when a BIOS flash goes awry, then you have to send it to Asus to get the BIOS redone; and that's the only way to get your notebook back to functional.

    If some other symptoms, please detail them so we can attempt to help more.

    first im sorry for submitting bad post.
    i restarted my system after updating bios update (i use win flash and i get the bios from asus page and it done successfully)and it was successful. after that i uninstall the asus fastboot and then i restarted it again and then the problem accured. i think maybe removing the mainboard battery should help but i dont know where is it !!!?
    i tried pressing and holding start button for 15 second but it was not changed anything.
