whats the diffference between the x1 and the a1, i havent seen any reviews on the a1 and it seems better overall and just lacks the eSATA port that the x1 has.

the x1 got replaced by the x5 on newegg so i cant buy it under its 799USD anymore but the a1 has the same price. Has anyone said anything about this laptop(a1)

it is widely believed the rez listed for the A1 is a mistake. Every other site lists it with a 1280 screen. I think the only difference is the A1 has a larger HDD and comes with a bag and mouse, whereas the X1 doesn't.

It is speculated that Neweggs specs for the A1 being 1440 is wrong. Every other site has the A1 listed as 1280.
