I've installed the latest nvidia driver on my G51VX-RX05. I configured the Bright, Contrast and Gama on the nVidia Control Panel and set the resolution to 1366*768 but everytime I reboot or shutdown the laptop, those options are set to default.

    What can I do?

    PS:

    driver: 186.81
    GTX 260M
    latest DirectX avaiable

    thanks

In the Nvidia control panel, under "adjust desktop color settings", make sure that in the area where it says "Choose how color is set", the box for "Use Nvidia settings" is checked instead of the "other applications control settings".

Hopefully that does the trick for you.

But there is the problem...I already check the option "Use nVidia settings" but it always return to "Other programs....".

    Thank you...

    Try disabling/uninstalling the Splendid utility
