well im selling my dell e6400 and i needed help on which vt model i should get. im currently contemplating between of them the ul30vt, 80vt and 50vt

ul30vt- lightest of them all but doesnt have optical(not much of a problem)-$800

ul80vt- its just the cheapest lol. but i did hear some bad quality issues about them but after the amazon gc it would be 725.

ul50vt- has a number pad and a optical drive. but the heaviest of them all. 800 dollars.

im really confused on which one i should get and i need help lol.

would anyone else like to add to the list?

Performance wise all seem the same, its mostly up to you, i mean if you really want num pad and willing to go with 15'' go with the UL50VT, if you are willing to drop the num pad and want something a little smaller go with the UL80VT, and if you are looking for something more portable and lighter and you dont need the numpad n the DVD then just go with the UL30VT. Im waiting on more info about the UL30VT regarding the battery.

Im probably buying a UL80VT for my brother for Christmas, just checking with him if he needs the dvd driver else im probably gona get the UL30VT.

You have the VT models pegged. Soon you will have a choice of the three. Personally I'd go UL30VT, no reason for the larger UL80VT............

    It really depends,
    1) Battery life, no confirmation if it uses the 4400 or 5600 battery.
    2) DVD (in case you do use it).
    3) Price, i don't think the UL30VT will get the $75-100 gift.

I still looking foward for the UL30VT, but i gotta feeling my bro gona say needs the dvd.
