    aww..that kinda sucks..when the 8800s come they put in an 8700..
    i always thought that the gave up on the 8700s cause they wanted the best in :(

    Can the 8600 in the G2S be OCed to 625?

    That wouldbe a free upgrade :) (except the 8700 has dual link bus but)

    to 625 stable ?? maybe yes or not depending on the gpu but don't forget that the 8700 can be overclocked too !!

    Not that much on the core, the desktop 8600GT is running at higher voltage and is stuck at 650 (720 for GT XXX wich uses GTS voltage) because of 75W limitation. Now this is 35W and still an uderclocked G84
