no offense, but can i ask what the point of this thread is?
-
everybody else is having problems with theirs... so thought i would help show that they actually do run well...
but vista isn't currently recognizing the 8600gt in the vista performance test!!
anybody heard of that? in properties and rivatuner it is showing it correctly
also it has the 101 drivers fro the video card... whats the newest stable driver? i tried installing 16*.01 but it said my card wasn't compatible -

I actually really liked forceware 162.18 from Laptopvideo2go.com, worked really well while I was using Vista, but theres a hotfix out by ms that requires 163.44 thats suppose to fix some FPS problems and graphics things. Didn't get a chance to try it out since I uninstalled Vista 2 days before I found it, do to graphics issues in LOTRO
Also there is a whole thread to ppl who are not having problems with there C90S. -

Nothing wrong with a optimistic post here and there
I think most of us thought we had flawless products at first and it took a few days to find problems. So give it a few days and some testing before you say its flawless tho.
Small stuff like usb products causing issues, to the webcam not working correctly, to the overclock software. -
lol thanks vicious, btw liked your youtube video... very redneck i like it lol

rivatuner doesnt read it right, so dont let it fool you. I took one of these gpu's apart to see with my own eyes.
