    Hi there,

I have a problem with my asus laptop. The problem is that every time i switch the laptop on in normal mode i get blue screen of death. The only way i can make it work is to turn off the graphics card driver in safe mode, after that the laptop starts in normal mode without any problem. So the laptop is ASUS N50vn with graphics card nvidia 9650m gt. The operation system i use is Windows 7 64-bit. I tried to reinstall it but it just did not work. I googled some advices on how to make this problem disappear but non of them worked so far. I also tried Linux ubuntu booted from USB and it ran normally. On that blue screen there´s a message with 0x00000116 and nvlddmkm.sys ... I also tried updating the video card driver with newer and also older version , but it did not work, then i´ve checked the HDD and also RAM but they seem to be OK. I´ve also checked the laptop with antivirus software ESET 5 and nothing was found. Any suggestions? Because i am very desperate with this problem and have been solving it for almost one week without any solutions of course.
    PLZ HELPPPPP!!!

Have you tried wiping every remnants of the driver using driver sweeper then reinstalling the driver? Personally, i have no problem using the latest drivers on my N50. Also, have you tried a normal boot after uninstalling the drivers without reinstalling them?
