Reading this article at Tom's Hardware, I was intrigued by the possiblity of using the e2160 in a c90s and overclocking it. The Asus web site states the e2160 as a cpu that can be used in the c90s, but I am unsure whether it can be overclocked as the Tom's article http://www.tomshardware.com/2007/09/12/pentium_dual_core/

clearly said that it works on newer chipsets that meet the VRM11 voltage regulator spec. It is intriguing to think that one could place a $84 cpu in this notebook and overclock it, stably, to 2.4 or even the 2.93 ghz limit.

    Any thoughts out there?
