    So even after installing SP1, it still didn't solve the issue?

    This may sound rudimentary, but have you tried reinstalling the BT driver?

    I upgraded to the latest drivers, but I haven't actually uninstalled then reinstall. I googled and there seems to be a lot of folks having this problem (code 43), but still cant find a solution yet.

    This has happened to my BT device before.I uninstalled and reinstalled the device and now it's working ok.
