You can downgrade the BIOS by using Easy Flash from the BIOS setup menu. Just make sure you have a FAT formatted USB stick to put the unzipped BIOS image on. Do not flash from NTFS. See: http://forum.notebookreview.com/asus/174395-bios-update-guide-asus-notebooks.html
Resetting the BIOS to defaults is easy, just hit F2 as soon as you turn on the computer, and then select 'Reset to user defauts'
You might want to try your original RAM. Maybe there is a compatibility problem. -
Easy flash not working, its tellin me the bios file is too old(trying with last and 315 bios file) , im trying with original ram and touch pad still not working. Any ideas?
Win flash tellin me the same bios file is too old..i dont wont to send my laptop in sevice, maybe the problem is in bios, but there is no way to remove motherboard battery to reset bios...sad story
only good think is my wireless logitech mouse working , but its not the same

Maybe I am wrong about easyflash letting you downgrade. I haven't had to downgrade BIOS in a long time.
You said that the BIOS update did not exactly coincide with your touchpad dying. So downgrading the BIOS may not be a solution. You can try the aflash method: http://forum.notebookreview.com/asus/174395-bios-update-guide-asus-notebooks.html#sec:aflash
Did you try your original RAM? -
Im thinkin maybe the calbe of touchpad is reconected and there is no connection is it posible? Im wondering do tear off the keyboard and check cables..any ideas?

Yes that is possible, for sure. If you take off the keyboard the touchpad connector should be accessible. I am not sure if your keyboard is mounted from the top of the case, or from the inside, but if it's from the top you will see some tabs at the top that you can release with a small flat object. Here are some directions I wrote for another model:

Yeah usually they tape down the connector with a little sliver of tape. If you get that problem again you can use some electrical tape or gaffer's tape to hold it down. Basically anything except duct tape or scotch tape as those leave nasty residue.
problem with k53sv :(
