    hello,
having an issue with the clock speed of the gpu and memory being constant at the default values. before i was messing around with rmclock and other things  the clock speeds would decrease when idle, and temps would be about 7 degrees lower during idle. anybody have any idea what the issue is here? ive tried changing the power settings, changing drivers, hm... nothing seems to get these clock speeds any lower.

Changing to GPU drivers fixed a similar problem for me... Also make sure that PowerMizer is enabled.
