    hi friends,
i have a problem with my new bought laptop k42jc,
i installed windows 7 on it, 32 bit,
its touchpad was OK in first days, but after installing some softwares, now it doesn't work properly, the icon of it in notification area, taskbars has been disappeared, besides, the scroll with 2 fingers doesn't work,
I checked the control panel and its related settings, but everything was OK and enabled, and the problem exists, what should I do?

i wanted to download driver of it from asus site but i couldn,t, becz the verification code were disappered and after some reloads the problem was not been solved
