    ok heres the drama i have a asus f3jr wit the radeon x2300 i have tried to connect it thru the s-vide out on the f3jr nothing happens when i connect it to the tv, so i got a monitor connection with a s-video and rca out so i can trick the system which has worked as far as out put on to the tv now i have the problem of tripple image on the tv screen flicking like crazy and i cant make much out at all no more then the windows on my deckstop. does anyone know of anything that will help to fix this?

    You have to actually set the system to output an image thru the s-video port in the first place. Connect your tv using the s-video cable. Look on your keyboard and you will see a blue decal with an "LCD" icon somewhere on the number keys. Hold fn and then press that button to turn on the s-video port on your notebook.

    i have already done all this but it still wont output anything thru the s-video and the vga output is not clear when its put out this frustrating me does anyone have any ideas?

    On my desktop I have a 9800 pro and if I connect my computer to my tv I have to: Right click on the desktop -> properties -> settings tab -> advanced -> displays tab -> then I can turn on which ever displays i want. IDK if it's the same for all radeon video cards.
