    I have had this laptop for about 2.5 years. It has developed two problems that I do not know how to solve. The first is a wandering cursor. Whilst typing my text appears in a location that I did not choose, or the page suddenly changes because the cursor wandered off to the back arrow. How do I fix this?
    The second problem occurs when I try to click on an icon or "button" Instead of activating the link, I get a drop down menu!! I don't know how to fix this either.

    Can someone please help?
