I am having issues with FireFox and the proportable.com website. I cannot get the "Check Ship Rates" applet to work. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Why don't you just call them? They'll just take your order.

It works OK for me (Firefox V1.5). The "Check Ship Rates" comes up in a pop-up box, so maybe it is being blocked by your security settings.

The window pops up for me too. Try and submit your information for price rates and see if you get any valid shipping prices back.

OK. Firefox doesn't display the results.

IE6 warns that the window contains secure and non-secure items and asks if it should be displayed. I expect that it is this mixture that is confusing Firefox.

Our site dont work right with firefox either. I belive the floating point something or other could not agree. I know we paid like 400$ to have the shopping cart recoded to work with netscape and firefox. Much good that did. It still dont work right. Most sites are built for IE. Firefox is great but alot of sites just dont work 100% with it. Like mike said. If you are having problems call in or IM Justin.
